BLACK BARBIE

"When you love fashion, there is no weekend. Everything just blends together"-Carine Roitfeld

I really love this black two piece I'm wearing because it was made by She By Bena. There are so many places to take this outfit to and that's the reason why it's very useful. Mine came with a peplum at the top & a  tulle skirt. Perhaps it reminds me of my childhood when I will play bride in tulle and twirl around with my little dolls. Black has always represented evil and darkness yet Chinese thought say we need the balance it with white and that's how life is actually. Silver is a very outstanding metal & to bring life to a black dress I picked my clutch and shoe in that color. For accessories I did a dangling earring and that was all for me. Perhaps my lipstick rained supreme in everything because I'm a girl and these colors warm me up.

OLIVE

"Difficult Roads Often Leads To Beautiful Destinations"
Hello trend lovers, I hope you haven't missed me so much. This week I went a little dull with my colors and here is why. I'm a lover of colors, however in this age of cosmopolitan fashion, colors reign supreme and you have to dress accordingly. I went for earth tones in camouflage and olive green. They're just okay for this weather & I styled with Ghanaian accessory brand, Yunizaah. These guys produce some very authentic and beautiful leather bags. I personally love this reptile skin one because it works my look and it can even be worn side ways making it more convenient. For shoes I went for a fringe peep toe heel and accessorized with a lovely rose brooch & my pearl ear studs. I'm going to have a terrific day and I hope you all do too

COCKTAIL DRESS

"A woman's dress should be a like a barbed-wire fence: serving its purpose without obstructing the view."
Sophia Loren
Hello everyone, how was your weekend I guess it was fantastic just like mine. Last Friday, was a night of a celebration at the Kempinski hotel's Gallery. I was honored to be part of the guests who were invited to have a go at their latest  signature cocktail. As usual Ghana's crème de la crème were present at the said event. I stepped out to the event in a fuchsia pink Ballerina dress. When going through the shots take a careful look at the details from the pleats down to the embroidery. This is such a well-tailored outfit from She by Bena. This lady is killing it so much for me & I can't help than be excited for such a talent. She's on her way to the top and nothing will stop. The look was simple yet the fabric had the magic. Fuchsia is such a loud shade of pink so I styled it with nude shoes and they worked perfectly. Here's another style tip, invest in nude shoes they're the new black and they'll help you tone down your loud colors. I accessorized with gold necklace, earrings and a statement emerald ring because the fabric had gold embellishments.  Finally, I walked out with great make up, my KUB hair and a smile that only meant I was grateful for the life I had.  You can ask for this dress to be custom made just for you. Trust my style advice, you'll do magic in them too

WEDDING GUEST SO CLASSY

"LOVE ISN'T SOMETHING YOU FIND. LOVE IS SOMETHING THAT FINDS YOU" LORETTA YOUNG
Hey Cupcakes. I want to tell you something that's on my mind for a while now. Can I tell you?? Promise not to spill the beans?? I'm in love. 😍. Yes I am with this beautiful She By Bena Creation I'm wearing to a wedding event today. Yes guys that's the love I'm talking of. How does she do it?? This her talent of picking great fabrics is mind-boggling and admirable. When I received the outfit yesterday, I was just out of words. The peplum top with pleats over the yellow lace pencil skirt works into this beautiful and mesmerizing work of art. I can imagine how eve ruined will stare at me when I walk in. I'm already shy here but hey looking is good is always the best thing you can ever do. It's a form of good manners & self love. I love the band in the middle the v-cut and cut-outs. My heels are so gorgeous, I fell I'm walking on sunshine and has a little red bow just on top. Cute huh??
I styled it with gold necklace and my new favorite gold  earrings. They're just the right size for the look and my hair. I'll tell more about the wedding when I came back. Stay awesome

LOVE

" IT'S NOT ABOUT BRANDS, IT'S ABOUT STYLE..."
Hello lovebugs today I want to share a story my mum shared with me a couple of months back..
A cat was so faithful that the woman could leave her baby with it & go out to attend other matters. She always returned to find the child soundly asleep with the cat faithfully watching over him.
One day something tragic happened. The woman as usual, left the baby in the "hands" of this faithful cat & went out shopping. When she returned, she discovered rather a nasty scene, there was a total mess. The baby's cot was dismantled; his nappies & clothes torn to shreds with blood stains all over the bedroom where she left the child & the cat. Shocked, the woman wailed as she began looking for the baby.
All of a sudden, she saw the faithful cat emerging from under the bed. It was covered with blood and licking its mouth as it had just finished a delicious meal.
The woman went berserk & assumed that the cat had devoured her baby.
Without much thought she beat the cat with a wood to death. But as she continued searching for the "remains" of her child, she beheld another scene. Close to the bed was the baby, who although lying bare on the floor, was safe & under the bed the body of a snake torn to pieces in what must have been a fierce battle between it & the cat, which was now dead.
Then reality dawned on the woman who now began to understand what took place in her absence. The cat fought to protect the baby from the ravenous snake.
It was too late for her now to make amends because in her impatience and anger, She had killed the faithful cat.
How often have we misjudged people & torn them to shreds with harsh words and deeds before we have had time to evaluate the situation? It is called SIN OF PRESUMPTION
Presuming things our way without taking the trouble to find out exactly what the situation really is. Little patience can drastically reduce major life long mistakes. Who Are you misjudging right now. Don't think what you think others are thinking. Take time to get the whole truth.
I am encouraging you now to share  if you're touched and use it as a life guiding LESSON.
